Brought my car in for the second time; called the day before to see if I could set up an appointment for next week and was surprised to hear them say I could just stop on by, no appointment necessary. They did a thorough inspection of my car and told me what I expected was the issue; brake pads almost down to zilch. Previously was a customer of Fletcher's. Great customer service

Hey everyone reading this, these guys are great. We started using them about 3 months ago because of a flyer in the mail. So far we have taken our Tundra, Accord and 74 Corvette. Yes, they got a guy (Jason) that knows classics! Jason even takes his time to talk to you about your car. Good guy! Every time we've been to the shop Jason (another Jason) and Bobby (service writers) along w/ Chris (store manager) have treated us with a smile and courtesy. These guys know what customer service is. Remember that.....well its here at Kerry's in Northwest Phoenix. I'm sure it's at their other location in Glendale too. I say that because Kerry (the owner) and Chris stopped by my house last week with a present for my garage. Chris' wife Leah created for us garage wall art out of our 74 Vette's oil pan that Jason replaced. It is so cool! Leah took our old oil pan and attached it to distressed wood and added some personal touch's with pictures, a wire outline of a Stingray and the words "Every part makes a car". The words here don't do it justice. We were blown away by this gester. I don't know any other shop that takes their time and $$ to make wall art for their clients. Thanks Leah! Took the Saturn in for a very needed oil change and everyone was so nice and helpful. The car runs great, except for the needed repairs which I cannot get done for another couple months. All is great and I will return when necessary. Have a good weekend, ya'll!

They are amazing !! I've been going here for a few years and everyone is so great! Kevin and his crew are always so helpful ! They never seem to try to sell you up like other places and their prices are reasonable . Definitely a 5 star place !

This was our second visit to Kerry's (first time with this vehicle) and we were very happy with the excellent customer service. Jason discussed prices and alternatives with us which was very helpful to us in deciding which repair work to have done on this visit. We weren't happy with the work as originally done, after we drove the vehicle home, but we contact Jason right away and he was very professional and courteous and said to bring the vehicle back the next day. The issue was resolved very quickly on the second visit, at no charge. We will definitely be back and will recommend Kerry's to our friends. Thanks, Lorraine
