Phoenix
Have you ever had one of those days--it's early evening, dark, chilly and raining. You have to get to a meeting rather than home. You stop to get just enough gas so you can fill up at COSCO. Pushing the limits on time to get from one place to next and you have to stop for gas. Did I say it was dark, chilly and raining? You get your gas, and the vehicle decides it has had enough. Won't start! UGH!!! Dead Battery. You get the jump. Forget the meeting, you won't be fortunate enough to have another good samaritan give you a jump a second time in one evening. You need a battery and now. I am close enough to Kerry's. They did an excellent job on my truck the last time I was there. I am braced for a long night. I see the bay full of cars being worked on, and it is 5:50 p.m. I am going to be here until closing. Now that I have set the stage. I was in and out in about 15 minutes. Bob verified my very dead battery and rather than put the vehicle in the "queue" Bob, who was working the front counter, took care of it himself. That is service. I am going to be a customer for a long time. They are highly recommended. John Boggs Col. U.S. Marine Corps (Ret.)
