I brought in my old Cadillac, and they helped me flush my radiator out. It was about as much I would expect from any shop, but they were all very friendly and polite. They even found that my A/C had just old loose and frayed wires preventing it from working the way it was intended. I'm happy they did the work and found the true problem, not a longer list that you can get from some places. Afterward a connector connecting 3 hoses that were part of the coolant system had broken. They Didn't charge me for the time on that piece, and just installed it charging me the $15 for the part. But this was me discovering the issue right after getting the car back. They didn't charge me for labor. But I do find it odd that the receipt says they pressure tested the system after flushing it. I would think that if a connector connecting 3 hoses together in that system was broken there wouldn't be a sealed system, meaning if they pressure tested it they would've seen there was a problem to begin with. They fixed my problem, and didn't try to hassle me. But I feel that some steps were not taken as they should have been. Polite people, great shuttle service, and good service!
