I've never had a bad experience here. They're reliable and up front with me about costs and work that my car needs and never pressure me into buying anything. If I say "no" to something, they don't push, which I really appreciate. I've taken my car here for oil changes and other check ups for years and love their service.

"Kerry's Care Car Care Phoenix" .. Is a "nickel & dime" organization and has the most incompetent of staff/technicians where it concerns repair of air-conditioning systems. .. I asked for a full recharge of Freon, diagnosis and repair of our 2003 Dodge Durango air conditioning system. .. "Kerry's Care Car Care Phoenix" charged us $268.11 for a complete service and diagnosis of our air-conditioning system. .. We have blown (5) five (O/HV) fuses since the repair. .. I took the car back to Kerry's and they said it would cost another $180.00 to diagnose why the fuse was blowing. .. I finally determined it was the AC relay after much searching and speaking with an authorized dealer. .. I purchased a new relay and now the problem is fixed. ..
