Saved the day...again

They team at Kerry's did a great job with my wife's Jeep Liberty. I brought it in for an oil change, and to have them make sure it was good for a long road trip. They noticed that t was a few thousand miles past due for the oil change, so they recommended an added cleaner and protector for the engine. They explained the benefits well, as well as backed it up with their own testimony. I am so glad they made the recommendation - the Jeep is running better than ever, and I feel confident driving it every day on our trip this week.

Great Service

I have had nothing but decent experiences until I got a new alternator. They were angry that I would not buy the name brand part and told me that if I did not, they would not warranty it. This is crazy... Just not true. If a part is bad the part company will actually do the warranty. So they said they put a new part and when it failed they said I needed the name brand. Turns out they kept the old one in there. When I called them out changed it out with the part I wanted. I would have been a customer for life and paid the higher amount but not for dishonesty. Go outside of Scottsdale if you can.

The staff was amazing and really went above and beyond to help me get my vehicle fixed while not disrupting my life. They came and picked up my vehicle so I did not have to load up my kids and walk home, they helped with the cost, and even drove me to work early in the morning. An amazing experience

Such a nice customer experience. Jason was thorough, called before they did anything that was extra, and was reasonably priced. I was referred by my sister and live in central phoenix but heard great things about this location from her and her boyfriend and will make a special trip up this way to have them work on my car. It was a pleasant experience and will refer friends and family to this location!
