I was stuck and didn't know where to turn to as the dealership who has been servicing my car for 8 years could not fix my car in time for my cross country move. Thankfully David from Kerry's Car Care came to the rescue. Great customer service, explained all details, made it possible for me to get my car immediately repaired, within my time frame and even within my budget. I highly recommend them, I don't often give 5-star review but in this case I wish I had extra stars to give ✨️ Thank you.

I chose to wait for my truck. The waiting lobby was clean and offered beverages. I enjoyed watching their TV since I forgot my headphones. Services are always fast. I have of my vehicles serviced by Kerry’s. The staff is great, and they remember me and my wife.

Employees were awesome. Work began on Saturday morning and was completed by Saturday noon! Imagine, a mechanic that is open Saturdays!!! The LYFT ride to and from their shop saved my bacon! I will be returning again and again!

Kerry’s Car Care is amazing! Never having lived in Phoenix I was in need of auto repairs during a visit. My children referred me to call Kerry’s. Yes they can fix your car, do it quickly and accurately and with great communication. But the best part is that the “care” is actually focused on customer experience. I cannot remember the last time I walked away from a dealership feeling taken care of like this experience. Kerry’s is the best place to take your car. I found them 3 years ago and now my friends and family also come here. My most recent interaction confirms that I will be coming here for as long as possible. I was frustrated because they could not figure out an issue with my car. Justin and his team were clearly even more frustrated with the repair, but they spent extra hours for weeks to make sure to solve my issue. They went above and beyond to exceed my expectations even when dealing with my frustration.
