I was explained the recommended options for my car like a fuel injection flush kit. Jason was very pleasant and really made me feel welcome as a first time customer! We have now taken all three of our vehicles to Kerry's over the past several weeks and have been impressed with the customer friendly service and timeliness of the repairs. Having worked in the "customer service" arena for the bulk of my working career, I recognize the difference between good service and great service, and I can honestly say that everyone at Kerry's consistently displays the latter. Listen, when the Service Manager picks up the phone an hour and a half AFTER business has closed after a roadside emergency, that speaks volumes about their dedication to their clientele. I'm a customer for life and gladly recommend them to anyone needing service work of any kind done.
