Excellent service! Finished work promptly and efficiently. Work was a very fair price and the problem was solved with no residual problems. Definatly reccomend them to anyone.

SORRY I HAVE TO PUT A STAR AT ALL !!! I highly recommend to NOT USE Kerry's Car Care! They work on your car and then you need more stuff done and you have to pay more money to get your auto running right. Took my mother's van there for a routine front end alignment and oil change, should have cost about $100.00. Well $343.00 later the alignment and oil change weredone only for us to get her van back and after driving it home, it wouldn't even start. Took it back and of course this time she had to spend $1200.00 to get it fixed so it would "run like new". Well that didn't happen! We took it back 5 times and supposingly they did more work to it and "didn't charge us for parts or labor". And it still didn't run right. Each time we took it back they found something wrong and each time we got it back it still ran very poorly! The last time they found SOMETHING ELSE wrong with it and wanted to charge us! At this point NO WAY WERE WE GOING TO LET THEM "FIX SOMETHING" ELSE! Her van ran great prior to taking it to Kerry's!

Was actually thinking of trading the car in. It has 151,000 miles (which has all been under the service of Kerry's). The car was having some small, "shifting" issues but serious because I do a lot of driving to Vegas and LA and don't want to be stranded. Rob assured me that they could take care of everything and they did! Car is running like new. The work was done professionally and at a fair price. As usual (last 14-15 years) they treated me great and I'm very satisfied with a job well done. Thanks

I'm very pleased with the service you provided. I was a walk=in with a question about oil change. You serviced my car "without an appointment" . I'm very greatfull to you for assisting me. I have "On Star" that report on my vehicle every month which is very disturbing since they said I did NOT require any service (month after month). The oil in my car was filthy and could have caused me a lot of grief had I not talked to you about my concerns. Thank you so much.

My car has been making this funny noise, a kind of rattling. I had my husband make the appointment for service with my dealership (Express Auto Spot) After sitting there for hours they told him they could not figure out what was wrong, just to drive it and when it gets worse bring it back. I called them while he was still there, spoke to the manager, and he got them back in gear to figure out what was wrong (I am under a one year warranty) After another hour, they told him that it was our timing belt and it would cost $450 to fix (not covered under warranty). I called Kerry's Auto care to get their price to see if it was better than my dealership. I spoke to Glen, who was perfectly polite, he told me to bring it in so he could do a free assessment so that he could quote me the proper price. I sent my husband his way, in less then an hour my husband sent me a text saying that it was just the A/C line knocking against the air box. Kerry's could have lied to us, could have charged us and changed our timing belt, but they didn't. They told us what was wrong, moved the A/C line over and charged us nothing. I was so impressed that, since my car is actually at manufacturers suggested miles for preventative work on the timing belt. I am having them do it in a couple months. They are my new place to take my car for anything...hopefully it won't be often, but when it's needed, it's going to Kerry's Car Care!

I've just finished dealing with 180 Auto in the last few days.First things first:I bought a car off craigslist without having a mechanic look at it (I know, I'm a dummy) because the seller disclosed what her "mechanic" had diagnosed to be a $200-300 repair. She discounted $300 and we bought it. I had a mechanic that specializes in emissions repairs look at it, and he determined that the issue was in the cylinder itself and it would cost upward of $1200 to replace.Enter 180 Auto. I brought my car there and was met with the most rad lobby area. It wasn't full of rims and car magazines. The furniture and layout was super modern and very well kept. There was an area with toys for little ones, a Keurig machine, bags of goldfish for the littles and lots of locally made goods/art for sale. After a ton of basically free diagnostics (my car was there almost two days), I walked out the door with the same diagnosis as the first mechanic. The whole situation REALLY sucks but the reason they get 5 stars is the INCREDIBLE amount of compassion and kindness they showed me through the whole process. Doug, my point of contact, explained everything to me in a way that I could understand. The only "up-sell" was an oil change that was VERY overdue anyway. Bogi- the owner- is super rad and again awesome at explaining the whole thing to me. These are definitely my go-to mechanics from now on. But, for now, I'm stuck with a car that drives fine but won't pass emissions. Which is sad. But my fault. But still sad.

I dropped my daughter at daycare and my car dtarted smoking!I popped the hood and saw a stream of liquid spewing out, I just had her at a shop the day before. Fearful of what it maybe I tried to find the closest shop possible. Kerry's was it. I was shocked at how nice it was inside ,and was helped right away. A gentleman went outside and assessed the problem, and I scringed waiting for a high #, I was shocked again at how low it actually was.I told them I was running behind and had to get to work...lemme tell ya, they took my car straight in a bay and had it out in time for me to get to work!.(it was a hose repair,but still it was done quickly and efficiently. I have yet to find a shop I like and trust and w an 02 vehicle ive had my share,but I was so impressed im going there if I need anything else, to give it another go..(hopefully it won't b anytime soon) but at least I know where im going:0).
