Nick and Alias were a big help today. It was busy when I got there but they made it up to me by doing a kind gesture and getting rid of a creaking noise by adding some grease/lubricant to the area. They’re very fair and honest. Thank you Alias.

"After months of issues with my car and multiple visits to Kerry's, I went back in February. I expressed my frustration with the ongoing problems and how the main issues with the vehicle were never fixed and seemed to be getting worse. The manager was very helpful, listened to my story, apologized for my previous experiences, and worked with me to pinpoint and fix the problem. When additional issues arose, requiring several more visits to the mechanic, they went above and beyond to ensure all the problems were resolved. Fortunately, Kerry's offers the best warranties I have ever seen, and they truly uphold them."

I will tell everyone I know to come to this location if they have a problem with their vehicle. Nick and Andre went out of their way to take care of us even when our warranty company was making it hard to do anything. The mechanics (Ghulam and Kobasic) did such a great job fixing everything and making sure to show us the problem. The customer service at this location is outstanding! I rarely give a 5 star review for anything but I wanted to make sure everyone knows how great these people are.

Once upon a time, I wanted to come in your shop to get an oil change, & ended being referred to Sherwin Williams instead or went to dealership. You guys were popular on the advertising network. Kerry's did a great job on my car. I presented some concerns that they looked into and gave me options to help make the best financial choices for my desired outcome. They were able to get all the work done in one day and offered the Lyft services for my convenience. I appreciate their hard work and communication.
