Kerry's gave good, professional car care, yet give very personal care too. I like getting a call with findings and recommendations before going ahead with work. They don't find unnecessary things to be done to boost the charges. I trust them. As an added touch, they cleaned up the car before returning it.

Kerry's shows you what needs to be replaced without making you feel forced to replace it. You never feel pressured into more than you had planned to do. However, they do show you what you need to fix in the near future, which makes me feel like they care about my safety while on the road.

I took my truck in without an appointment on a friday morning and they got me right in. They told me 20 min later they needed to do a full diagnosis and it would be an hr and a half to figure out exactly what was wrong. They did exactly that and called me in an hr and a half with a quote and said they could have it done by 6 pm. They called me at 545 to tell me it was ready, when I got there to pick it up the price was less than the quote and they even washed my truck! Love this place!

Been going to Kerry's for some time now, never had a bad experience and I like the fact that the CSRs follow up with customers after the service is done. Your front desk guys are exceptional and so is the service in general.I have recommended you to many of my friends who are now regulars there. My 2010 Altima and 2003 Protege know no other shop! Kerry's is the place to be! Oh the new fancy coffee maker is awesome!
