As always, the shock of needed repairs is always hard to swallow but losing my son and his family to a traffic accidsent would be much worse. His truck now tracks like it's in rails. Nice job guys. CHris bought this truck new and the gradual wear went pretty much un-noticed.

I had been having a reoccurring problem with my 2004 mustang overheating . Kerry's did everything to try and fix the problem.

Kerry the president of Kerry's Car Care along with a few of his well trained closest employees are complete scam artists. Please do not be fooled by Kerry's fake demeanor and overly nice guy attitude. You are not getting a good deal by going to his shop. In fact you will get overcharged for just about eveything. The work he did on my truck was 90% uneccssary! All I asked for him to do was the alighnment. I had my whole front end replaced and then took it to Kerry to finalize the alighnment on it. The alighnment was already done by the prior mechanic who did the replacement of the front end but it had a slight pull to the right. The only reason I took my truck to Kerry was because I thought maybe his equipment was a little more up to date. My front end now feels like jelly underneath me and pulls more to the right than it did before. Kerry refused to acknowledge the fact that his mechanic did a horrible job. I told him I wanted a refund and he flat out told me I could not have a refund! He told me he checked my alighnment personally and that it was fine. He and I were sitting in my truck after he test dove it when he told me that. No one else was around to hear him and how rude he was to me. Please do yourself a favor and try to find another mechanic shop to do your work. You will save yourself a lot of money and a headache. I would take him to civil court to get my $319 back that he charged me but the Court cost to do so is $350...
