Called at 5:00 on a Saturday, battery dead and the whole rest of the weekend ahead of me with kids in tow. Kevin answered and said he didn’t have my battery in stock but quickly said, if I go to the auto parts store buy it and bring the battery in, they will have time to install before end of day at 7:00. It was done within the hour and the gentleman that actually checked me in and out was so kind and friendly. The customer service was stellar and I am grateful to be on the road again.
