My car wouldn’t start and I had just replaced the battery the month before. I called a couple shops and none of them could get me in for at least a couple days. Kerry’s got me in same day and had the alternator replaced by the next day.

Great service! Had an issue with an engine light. I was told I’d have to wait 3-5 business days at the Ford dealership just to find out what was wrong. Kerry’s took care of me within an hour. Plus they saved me from having to get a rental car and dealership diagnostic fees. Big shoutout to Kevin for making sure the right steps were taken to get me on my way back home 100 miles away with a little extra money in my pocket.

Not only do they do an exceptional job with my repair and maintenance needs, their customer service is always above and beyond; and not just sometimes! I’ve been bringing my car to Kerry’s for three years now, and now all my friends and family do too, and every interaction has been a pleasant one! To say great customer service would be an understatement! They also provide Lyft rides to and from to ensure that you never spend too much time in their waiting room; but if you choose to wait, they have a comfortable lounge to wait in.
