Visited this shop for the first time and I was very impressed all around. Everyone was very knowledgeable and the technician I spoke with explained things very clearly including the issues, what was going to be done to resolve the issues and other things to be aware of given the age of my vehicle. All of this in a no pressure, calm and clean environment.

I alway receive outstanding customer service and they take the time to explain any finding. After decades of having different cars and numerous repairs shops- this is by far the best! I feel very confident that they are skilled, honest and that they stand by their work. Thank you!

Everyone at 180 Auto was awesome from the first phone call to handing my keys back. If you know the stress of having a serious engine problem, then you understand how helpless it can make you feel, the horrors that can go through your mind about the possible impending doom and your responsibilities that can be seriously debilitated. The staff at 180 Auto made me feel like they shared in that stress by spending quality time explaining possible problems as well as solutions to fix those problems. They gave me their time, not to seem like they cared, but because they actually cared about my problem. I am entirely grateful to 180 Auto for transforming this stressful experience into a comfortable and manageable success! My dad once told me that one of life's greatest accomplishments was finding a good, honest, and reliable mechanic. I found mine at 180 Auto!

Had alternator checked because our old one broke so we replaced it, they told us it wasnt charging and proceeded to tell us we need a new alternator. We decided to replace it ourselves again to find that they had left the alternator not connected to the battery. That sure is one way to make sure an alternator doesn't work. We tested it before replacing and it works already.

Rip off!!!!! Took in for free inspection and charged me 150 bucks!! Then quoted me $1,100.00 bucks for work on my car. Seemed high so called 3 other places in town and all quotes were less than $500!!! Got work done elsewhere total was $465.. DONT GO HERE unless you want to get ripped off!!!!!

I love this crew. They do an amazing job of taking care of me and my vehicle. I arrived with a crack in my windshield. I was told the windshield is on back order. Reasey made a phone call while I was there for a routine service, and I am happy to say my windshield has been replaced, when I was told it would not be available for at least a couple weeks. They always do great work, AND go above and beyond. And I always come back!!!
