We’ve been customers of 180 Degrees for about 3 years now and have always received friendly service and great work done on our cars!!

They were very nice but did not fully air up my tires until I was about to leave and they messed up the mileage for me to return. They did it a 500 miles which makes me wonder if they did in fact change my oil. The experience was very pleasant but don’t think I will return.

Service was exceptional, communication was as well...took my car in for a few things, CHECK ENGINE LIGHT mainly, along with a few other maintenance items. Car was there a little longer than expected, but that's the business. My only gripe, if that's still a word, is the pricing. Usually people like to escape the dealer due to their pricing schedule. I would love to use 180 again, but if their prices seem in line with a BMW dealer, I would just make the decision to go there.

I was referred to 180 Automotive by a friend who highly recommended them. I was blown away by the cleanliness and professionalism of their shop and staff. I was looking at potentially paying $2000+ for my repairs. They helped me get my car back up and running for a fraction of that. If I had gone to Firestone like I normally do, I know they would've made it imperative to go with higher repair costs, as they have in the past. Reasey oversaw my repairs and gave me an honest assessment of the total cost of repairs and her advice on my vehicle moving forward. This is how all autoshops should be, and quite frankly didn't think existed. I will only go to them in the future. Thank you all!
