This is my third vehicle in the past 5 years that I've taken to 180 degree Automotive they're always Fair honest and helpful in any way they can be I will be a lifetime customer as long as I'm driving, they'll be fixing my cars!

180 Auto always gives amazing customer service! They take time to explain any service recommendations, and help prioritize the most important repairs if needed. I am never concerned that they are trying to get one over on me with prices, either.

The only thing I'd like to say is you guys need to check that caps on all fluids under the hood of every car. The first time we took our car there, the oil cap was left off and we had oil everywhere under the hood. Yesterday my coolant cap was left loose a full 2.5 to 3 turns and had to be tightened and my coolant was low and I had to add more. This seems to be a common occurrence when we take our vehicles there.

Will not go back. I got a $49.99 oil change. Month goes by and my car says “tire maintenance “ I call them all they said is oh we forgot to set it come in and we will change it . ... now a another month went by and my car says oil maintenance but my sticker THEY WROTE says next oil change in May... I call again and the manager said oh we forgot to set something in your car, come in AGAIN so we can set your car. Why are they forgetting everything ? I do not trust them with my car. I have never had so many problems with a car place. Going back to the dealership so they can make sure everything is okay with my brand new car!
