I stopped in earlier this week to get an estimate to replace the front brake pads on my wifes SUV. I was given a price of $240. I returned on Saturday morning to have the work done. I brought a coupon for $50 off that we had received in the mail. I was given a shuttle ride home and then received a call a few minutes after arriving home. The service advisor (Steve) said that the cost was going to be $330 before the coupon. I stated that is more than the dealer charges for the same work and was not the amount that I was quoted. There was not an offer to honor the original $ amount quoted and the call was ended. I was not offered a shuttle ride back to pick up my vehicle. While I can't comment on the quality of the work, I did want to share this experience. It's not a coupon if the price changes because you have the coupon.
