This garage is one of the most wonderful places I have ever done business with! Just like the dentist, no one loves going to get their car worked on, but these ladies (and gentlemen) make every visit a pleasant one. I appreciate their honesty, the clarity with which they explain in detail the work that needs to be done immediately and in the future, and the genuine concern that they have always shown for their customers. There are no dumb questions as far as they are concerned - they want their customers to be informed car owners! Their prices are fair, and there is zero pressure or cheesy sales push to add on unnecessary services. And the work they complete on my vehicle is always of excellent quality. This is a true neighborhood garage, and I'm so glad they are a part of the community. Any time anyone talks about needing a good garage, I immediately give them 180's contact info because I know how well they will be taken care of!

They are even better than described. They are thorough, knowledgable, and speak my "lack of car knowledge" language! They allowed me to make educated decisions ... No surprises down the road!!! Took my car on a road trip over the holiday weekend after picking it up, so excited that the service I got before I left made the travel less of a worry! The staff were knowledgeable and responsive to my questions and concerns.

I'll be in on Tuesday for a fix. My battery is DEAD'.
