I went for the first time a week ago to get my air conditioner repaired. I had taken my car to the dealership where they kept it from 7am to 5 pm and charged me for "diagnostics" but did not fix the problem. I had read the reviews about 180 automotive and I was very happy with the results. They were very professional and prompt. We are experiencing quite high temperatures in Phoenix and the staff at 180 automotive went out of their way to get my car in top shape for the heat. My air is running nice and cool. I will be going there from now on for all my car needs. Thank you!

Been going to the shop for years. I have a 13 year old Accord with 125K miles. With Bogi's help should easily make it to 200K miles. Love that they try to educate you about your maintaining vehicle rather than treat you like an idiot... or worse, try to sell you something you don't need. I found 180 Automotive a couple of years ago as Bogi is a wonderful supporter of progressive change in Arizona. I had to support a local, woman-owned business for my mechanic, and I have always been impressed with the care and service of every employee. 180 always takes great care of my car, ensures that I am educated on everything from checking my fluids to warranty coverage (take the car care class!), and does whatever it can to make my waiting time comfortable with the most updated waiting room, drop off/pick-up service, or even allowing me to borrow a car when my repairs take longer than expected. I am so grateful to have found a mechanic that I can not only trust, but one that I love as well!
