I've had my vehicles there multiple times since they've opened the Peoria location, and can't say enough about the incredible service I recieved. Jose & Devlin went above & beyond to make me (and multiple other customer interactions I noticed while I was there) feel like V.I.P through the entire process, and Justin continued the same level of service during transportation to/from my vehicle. It's rare to find this level of customer service anymore!!! This place is A CLASS ACT from the employees, the atmosphere and to the overall service!!!

I finally found an auto care location I can trust!

If I could give this place no stars I would. I took my car in to get an oil change. I knew I had an oil leak so I asked them to steam clean it to find where the leak is. At first I thought all was great, they were sending me pictures of my car and what they were doing. They told me that the last oil filter was cross threaded onto my car. Which it wasn’t. They pretty much blamed the other place that I got my oil changed out for the leak. I went to that other place to see if they could help pay for the amount of work I had to get done and they said they needed to look at the car first to see if it was indeed cross threaded. It was NOT cross threaded AND it turns out they didn’t stream clean it. All they cleaned was the transmission which didn’t even need to be cleaned. So I had oil still all over the bottom of my car. I paid them $130 for them to stream clean it and they didn’t do that. On top of that, they didn’t fill my oil. My car takes 7 quarts of oil. When I got it to the other car shop(which is 5 mins from Kerry’s) it had 3 quarts and my oil DID NOT leak that much out. Please try and avoid this place at all costs.
