Colin was great. Very easy to work with. They were upfront with all the options, and quick to fill me in with what they were doing. Got a tow to pick up my car within an hour or so, and worked on my car same day. Will be bringing mine and my wife’s car here from now on. Highly recommend.

I came in for an oil change - first time at this location. The waiting room was great for my two little boys. There was a large table for them to eat snacks and watch Bluey, a bathroom they could use, a cappuccino for me and I watched Duck Dynasty the entire time. Service was great but waiting room made it easy which matters most to me. Recommend!

Excellent customer service from the whole team. Jason was particularly helpful & courteous, which made a potentially very stressful occasion SO much better. I went in with a frown and came out with a smile and resolution to return with future business.

My truck overheated forcing the Check engine light to come on and need to be towed. Dropped it off Sunday afternoon, first thing Monday morning received a call from Jason. He was all over it, sent me a quote for a complete diagnostic, still had my information for my extended warranty from my previous repair. He communicated with me throughout the day, picked up my vehicle this afternoon with repairs done and a warranty on their repair for 50,000 miles. James the store manager was great and helped me with picking up my truck. I highly recommend Kerry's Car Care, great job guys!

We recently took our 2010 Chevy Silverado to Kerry’s Auto Care because we thought the oil pump had gone out. Fortunately, it turned out to be just the oil sensor, which Kerry’s Auto Care had replaced about six months ago. They quickly diagnosed the issue and even honored their warranty on the part. This was an excellent experience, just like our previous visit. Kerry’s Auto Care is an outstanding part of our community, and we feel lucky to have such a reliable shop nearby. If you need anything, definitely go in and ask for Colin—he was fantastic from start to finish. He ensured everything was handled efficiently and in a timely manner. We couldn’t be more impressed with their service!
