Best auto shop I’ve been to! Lobby and waiting room are beautiful, comfortable, and clean. Staff (specifically Jason) was friendly, funny, and relatable. They were swamped (I was estimated to wait 4 hours for an oil change) they offered a ride home and a ride back. I took them up on the ride back to the shop from my home. The shuttle vehicle was also comfortable and clean. I paid my bill $58 (I used to spend $80 and didn’t have any of the perks Kerry’s offered.) and got in my car. My system was reset properly, and my screen was cleaner than when I dropped it off. HUGE POINTS THERE! Today was my first visit, and Kerry’s has my business loyally going forward. Thank you guys! Excellent job!

Customer service, quality of service, and everything you don’t get from businesses these days seems to be instilled in this location. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone!! Keep in mind, because of great service, they are busy but with that being said, I wouldn’t take my vehicles anywhere else. Thank you again so much!! Frank & Kay

I take 7 different vehicles there for all of my mechanical needs from maintenance to full on repairs. I like that they can work on my Lexus hybrid and my diesel. TJ is an amazing service guy and I have never been surprised with my bill when they were done always spot on.

Always prompt reliable service. I trust them to keep my car safely on the road and their service managers greet me like a friend.

I have had the best customer care every single time my car has had a problem. Believe me, last year my car had severe electrical problems. I don't know what I would have done without TJ, and all the other employees that went above and beyond the call of duty to find out what the problem was. 3 batteries, and a new alternator, and my car still had problems. Ended up taking it to the VW dealership. Found out my stereo was the problem. They tried to sell me a stereo that was exact duplicate of what I had. They wanted $900 I couldn't afford that. So they told me they could pull the stereo fuse, but if they did that. There was a possibility that my key fob wouldn't work, and my alarm system would go off randomly. Turns out that was a lie, and they were trying to scare me into buying a new stereo. I will NEVER go to the dealership again. Nobody touches my car for repairs, oil changes or anything else my car needs. Only Kerry's Car Care works on my car. I'm so thankful for them. They have always been so helpful, and even did work on my car for a discounted price, and a lot of times, they did free work. The employees at Kerry's truly care about their customers, and always take care of my car, by being very honest, and they don't lie about what your car need. They have never tried to talk me into doing this or that to my car. If my car truly needs work done. I know I can trust that it will be done in a timely manner & at a fair price, and I know I can trust them to not lie & say my car needs this other work done. In other words. I guess I'm trying to say. That Kerry's is not out to try to make money off of a customer. They do honest and reliable work. Sending a big thanks to all of Kerry's Car Care employees. Kerry's Car Care goes above and beyond with their level of services and time and time again they show they care about the customer! They are a great shop with great employees who do their best to provide top notch service and warranties on their parts and services! I highly recommend using them for car repairs!
